Steinway & Fisher Dental Laboratories - Credit Terms and Payment Policy

Our work is covered under a 2 year limited warranty and a full 1 year warranty. There will be fees for remakes when:

• A shade change is requested after completion
• A preparation is re-prepped
• If we question a case but the doctor instructs us to complete it

We offer to all our costumers an open monthly account, with credit card on file. Full payment is due immediately upon receipt of the monthly statement. If the payment has not been received by the end of the month a 1.5% finance charge will be applied to your balance.

If you do not want to open an account with us, checks must be followed by the case.

• No refunds
• A $30.00 charge will be assessed on all returned checks (account might be subject to C.O.D terms)
• Prices subject to change without notice
• Any collection passed on due to outstanding balances, costumer is responsible for legal fees.
